Short surahs to memorize: the 15 shortest
These are the 15 shortest surahs of the Qur’an, counted by words (not counting the Bismillah). Short surahs are a good place to start memorizing: you finish a whole surah quickly, and you can recite them often. Open any surah to read it word by word, with the transliteration and English translation of every verse and a recitation you can repeat.
